Edward is a seasoned executive with deep public company experience, including serving as Chairman and CEO of ProCentury Insurance Corporation (NASDAQ: PROS) and Founding CEO of Century Business Services (NYSE: CBZ). Currently, Edward serves as the Chairman and CEO of Covius, LLC and is an owner and Director of Continental Heritage Insurance Company. Edward held elective office in Cleveland, Ohio for twenty consecutive years, including five terms as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, three terms in the Ohio House of Representatives, and a four-year term as Cuyahoga County Commissioner.

Dick has led a highly distinguished career in public and private service. Dick served as the Governor of Ohio, Director of the Peace Corps, United States Ambassador to India and the President of Colorado College. He served for six years as Chair of the Government-University-Industry Roundtable at the National Academy of Sciences. Dick is Founding Board Chair of the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum and Board Chair of Global Communities.

Michael is CEO and Director of Range Impact where he is responsible for strategy, operations, fundraising, investor relations and creating shareholder value.
Michael has over twenty-five years of investment, management and advisory experience serving in key leadership roles in well over 100 transactions totaling more than $3 billion in value. Michael’s experience includes venture capital, private equity and special situation investing in a variety of industries and transaction contexts. Currently, Michael is the Chief Investment Officer of Tower 1 and Manager of several affiliated partnerships. Michael previously worked at Merrill Lynch, Resilience Capital, Conway MacKenzie and Kaye Scholer, as well as leading several entrepreneurial ventures. Michael is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Turnaround Professional and Attorney. Dr. Carlson is a Riparian Ecologist of Range Impact where he is responsible for the research and development of innovative solutions to reclaim lands and restore waterways in Appalachia.
Dr. Carlson is a riparian ecologist with expertise in human influenced aquatic systems. Dr. Carlson brings his experience with GIS mapping, landscapes, chemistry and botany to every problem. He has partnered with the US Forest Service, National Park Service, and industry groups on environmental problems. He is a former college professor and a current middle school science teacher at a private all boys school. In his spare time he runs summer backpacking and mountain biking camps.

Patricia is currently the Founder and Managing Director of The Numbers Group, LLC, a consulting firm focused on transitional financial management and financial advisory services. Previously, Patricia was a Director with Aurora Management Partners, and a Principal with Bridge Associates and Newmarket Partners. The club provides education, resources and strategic connections through regular meetings, roundtable discussions and a speaker series. Reese also founded Columbus Venture Partners, a consulting firm that focuses on M&A transactions in the manufacturing and real estate industries.

Jay Hottinger, an Executive Vice President of Sunday Creek Horizons, is a Strategic Advisor of Range Impact where he provides strategic advice and guidance to management with a particular focus on the advocacy and advancement of Appalachian interests.
A lifelong resident of Newark, Senator Jay Hottinger represented Licking County and Appalachia for 28 years in Ohio’s General Assembly. Jay retired as President Pro Tempore of the Ohio Senate at the conclusion of the 134th General Assembly in 2022. He served as the second-highest ranking member of the Ohio Senate, and his work has earned him recognition from numerous organizations, with over 35 awards. Jay represented all or portions of Licking, Athens, Coshocton, Hocking, Holmes, Perry, Pickaway, and Tuscarawas counties. As a leader at the Statehouse, Jay sponsored dozens of bills including: lowering Ohio’s DUI limit to .08, elimination of Ohio’s Estate Tax, helping families save for higher education and future expenses for children with special needs, and providing programs and funding for at-risk youth and families in crisis. In addition to his public service, Jay has been vice president of sales for Truck One, Inc., a Newark-based trucking company. It is his business experience and understanding of the Appalachian region which has equipped Jay to advocate on behalf of Appalachian Ohioans.

Bernie Kosar is a Strategic Advisor of Range Impact where he provides strategic advice and leadership to Range's management team with a particular focus on climate change initiatives and the revitalization of economically challenged communities.
Bernie is a former NFL quarterback who played eight seasons with the Cleveland Browns, one season with the Dallas Cowboys (where he won a Super Bowl), and two seasons with the Miami Dolphins. Bernie played collegiately at the University of Miami where he led the team to a National Championship in 1983. Since retiring from professional football, Bernie has been actively involved in numerous business ventures and charitable organizations, with a recent focus on innovative health and wellness protocols, climate change initiatives, and the revitalization of Appalachian coal communities. Bernie is a Board Trustee of the University of Miami and Founder of Community at the Core, a non-profit organization focused on next generation agricultural development and education throughout the Appalachian Region.

Zack Space, the President of Sunday Creek Horizons, is a Strategic Advisor of Range Impact where he provides strategic advice and guidance to management with a particular focus on the advocacy and advancement of Appalachian interests.
Congressman Zack Space was born in Dover, OH and served Ohio’s 18th District from 2006 to 2011. Zack was a champion of working-class Ohioans, and was instrumental in bringing broadband technology, employment opportunities, and infrastructure improvements to his district.
Trusted by the region’s residents, politicians, and investors alike. During his time serving the 18th District, Space secured more than $100,000,000 for broadband infrastructure, with much of the current broadband backbone in the region attributed to these funds. He served on the prestigious Energy and Commerce Committee, as well as the House Committees on Transportation and Infrastructure, Agriculture, and Veterans’ Affairs, and was an active member of the Blue Dog Caucus, a centrist, fiscally principled coalition of moderate Democrats from largely rural districts.
Upon leaving congress, Zack brought together regional stakeholders to plan a prosperous future for southeastern Ohio. In 2018, Zack was elected as the Democratic nominee for the office of Auditor of the State. In 2019, Zack founded Sunday Creek Horizons.

Gary White is a Strategic Advisor of Range Impact where he provides strategic advice and leadership to Range’s management team with a particular focus on governmental services and next generation economic opportunities.
Gary has more than fifty years in senior and executive level management in the coal and natural resource industries. The last forty of those fifty years he has served as Chief Executive Officer of both private and public companies. In 2014, Gary was named Interim President of Marshall University after the sudden death of its President. In 2016, Gary was asked to serve as Interim CEO of Mountain Health Network a newly formed healthcare system created by the merger of the two major medical facilities in Huntington, WV. Currently, Gary is retired from full time employment but continues to be involved through his personal consulting firm, JRW, LLC, providing transactional, management and governmental services to its clients. Gary is a Director of United BankShares, Inc. (UBSI), Chairman of the James H. Harless Foundation, a Director of The Mining Mutual Insurance Company, and a member of several other industry, advisory and charitable boards.
